Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations, events, and programs managed through this website by the Education Department of Thaknsgiving Church.
1. Event Registration
By registering for a program or event, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to the guidelines communicated before and during the event. Most of our events are for children, and participation must be approved by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Payments and Refunds
Payment (if required) is due at the time of registration.
Refund requests must be submitted before the registration deadline for the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued except in limited circumstances, at our discretion.
3. Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any event. If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. We will communicate all changes to the email or phone number provided during registration.
4. Safety and Behavior
All participants are expected to follow event rules and treat others with kindness and respect. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program.
5. Liability
By registering for an event, you agree to release Thanksgiving Church, its staff, and volunteers from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or other issues, except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Media Release
We may take photos or videos during our programs to share highlights with families or on our church platforms. If you do not wish your child to appear in any media, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.
