Volunteer positions are generally only open to members of TKC. Non-members applicants will be considered on a case by case basis.

Waiver of Liability

I understand that though Sonland, JAMM, the Education Department and Thanksgiving Church are taking the necessary precautions and safety measures to ensure a safe VBS, there is an inherent risk in meeting together in person of being exposed to coronavirus and other forms of sickness and injury. As such, I acknowledge such risks and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic) and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and release Thanksgiving Church and its insurers, employees, and associates from any liability associated with the contraction of COVID-19 or other injuries and illnesses that may happen during the event.

I acknowledge that Thanksgiving Church withholds the right for final assignments depending on staffing needs.
